According to the Distance Contracts Act, you as a consumer have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days from the day you received the goods.
To exercise your right of cancellation, you must notify us via email to order@aromaxa.se before returning the goods. Please include the order number and your contact details in the message.
The right of cancellation only applies if the goods are in an unchanged condition. For hygiene and health reasons, the right of cancellation does not apply to products where the seal (seal) has been broken. However, the right of cancellation always applies if the goods are defective or incorrect.
When exercising the right of cancellation, you as the customer are responsible for the return shipping. The product must be returned well packaged. You are responsible for any loss in value that occurs if the goods have been handled to a greater extent than is necessary to determine its properties and function.
Refunds will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive and approve the return. Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
